The Sticks Pizza is a mobile pizza company based in Burrillville, RI - AKA "The Sticks". We prepare specialty pizzas on site with our mobile pizza ovens. We love to do private parties and events as well as cater to local breweries.

Marty worked in restaurants from dishwasher to head Chef to server to front of house manager over the span of 10 years. Over those years he soaked it all in and has always had a passion for cooking that is unmatched. He was so graciously gifted an OONI PIZZA OVEN by his siblings and parents and it was time to level up on the pizza game.

Roughly 6 months later we debuted as THE STICKS PIZZA CO after a lot of thought, planning, and consideration, a lot of failed attempts at homemade dough, and a lot of pizzas eaten.

She started her food industry career at 16 years old at small town pizza shops in Burrillville, RI From there, she went on to work at larger scale restaurants and held titles from server to bartender to FOH manager to general manager and back to bartender again over the span of 15 years. She too has a passion for hospitality and all things food. Though Marty is the master on the oven, she likes to dip her feet in when things get busy and help with pizzas and prep. Her niche is customer service and more “behind the scenes” scheduling, operations, networking etc.

These two are the driving force behind pretty much everything we do and let’s face it- they’re the reason for everything we can’t do too (Toddlers, ya know?) They are our number one taste testers and they are brutally honest in their reviews! There’s been more than one slice thrown on the floor, justifiably so in the process to finding the perfect dough! Their personal favorites are the classic CHEESE and the S'MORES. They love to watch Home Alone specifically to hear the line recited by Kevin McAllister, “did anyone order me a plain cheese?” And they constantly repeat it over and over again every time we make pizza.
